Health Psychology

Gut health is a form of psychology focused on nutrition to improve mind and body wellness resulting in better health and happier moods.

GUT HEALTH

“You are what you eat” has more truth and meaning than most people realize. Your gut is home to 95% of the neurotransmitters (Serotonin, Dopamine and GABA) found in your body which play a key role in mood and happiness. Certain foods and supplements can help increase these neurotransmitters having very positive effects on your mind and body while other foods can do the opposite! Learning about gut health is an essential piece to lifelong health and happiness.
