ABOUT DR. SEASON

Dr. Dana Season, Psy.D.

Dr. Season is a California Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She earned her Masters and Doctorate degree from Alliant International University and has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. Her past experience includes work in medical, mental health, and school settings in both California and New York. Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, Glendale Adventist Hospital, AIDS Project Los Angeles, LAUSD schools, Kaiser Permanente Hospital, New York Foundling Hospital, The Hallowell Center and The Robert Louis Stevenson School are among some of the institutions where she has provided comprehensive services.

Dr. Season enjoys working with teens, adults, couples and families experiencing transitional life issues, anxiety, stress, depression, self-improvement, ADHD, relationship issues, self-esteem, fertility issues, prenatal and postpartum depression and parenting support. Dr. Season also has significant experience with pain management and health psychology. She utilizes various approaches to therapy depending on the clients needs and goals which are explained on her Approaches To Therapy page. She strives to help create an understanding that each individual comes into a relationship or family with their own set of desires, concerns, experiences and baggage.
