COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

CBT aims to solve problems concerning dysfunctional emotions, behaviors and thoughts through a goal-oriented method dealing with present issues. There is empirical evidence that CBT is effective for the treatment of a variety of problems, including mood, anxiety and ADHD. This technique is brief, direct and time-limited for specific psychological disorders. CBT is used in individual therapy and the techniques are often adapted for self-help applications. CBT will provide you with tangible tools and worksheets to help you better understand and change behaviors in order to improve your life.

Psychodynamic therapy with Dr Season helps provide coping mechanisms for anxiety, depression, stress, psychological tension, and relationships.

PSYCHODYNAMIC THERAPY & EFT

Psychodynamic therapy is a form of depth psychology. The primary focus is to reveal the unconscious content of one's innermost self in an effort to alleviate psychological tension which often manifests as anxiety, depression and ineffective coping skills. It also relies on the interpersonal relationship between the client and therapist. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an incredibly effective technique that focuses on early attachment experiences. This approach to therapy prioritizes emotions and emotional regulation as the key organizing agents in individual experience and interpersonal relationships.

Couples, Families & Adolescents

It is a chance to feel safe, seen, heard, connected and loved in a way you have always wanted but never imagined was possible.
