Yoga Mind Therapy with a Certified Yoga Instructor and California licensed psychologist in Los Angeles

YOGA MIND THERAPY

Dr. Season created Yoga Mind Therapy after spending many years doing yoga and realizing that so many emotions and experiences were being stored in the bends and folds and depths of our bodies. She became a Certified Yoga Instructor in addition to being a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in order to combine the two practices to create a space where you are able to process emotional experiences through both the mind and body. Dr. Season is a practitioner who values a holistic approach to healing and discovery. YMT allows you to access your deepest emotional and physical memories. Your body becomes an amazing teacher and sometimes shows you things about yourself that you may not be cognitively aware of. People often have very profound experiences when engaging in YMT.
