I am a California Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I earned my Masters and Doctorate degree from California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and have been working in the mental health field for 10 years. Presently I am on the Medical Staff at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in West Los Angeles and also conduct a private practice in Santa Monica, CA. Additionally, I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and teach privately.
I have practiced in various medical, mental health, and school settings. In California, I worked at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, Glendale Adventist Hospital, AIDS Project Los Angeles, LAUSD schools and currently at Kaiser Permanente Hospital. In New York City, I worked at the New York Foundling Hospital, The Hallowell Center and The Robert Louis Stevenson School.
I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing transitional life issues, anxiety, depression, relational issues and fertility issues. I also have significant experience with couples and families. I strive to help them understand that each individual comes into a relationship, or family, with their own set of desires, concerns and experiences. I help clients work together to create a safe and comfortable environment where all members feel supported and accepted so they can achieve their highest potential. I also specialize in Pain Management for teens and adults coping with chronic pain due to injuries, gastrointestinal issues, arthritis, back pain, sciatica, etc.
